Mr. Cecchi joined Enel Green Power – Latin America (EGP LATAM) in 2003. Under his direction, EGP LATAM has grown from a small investment company to a solid regional player, currently operating more than 35 renewable plants in 8 countries. Mr. Cecchi has over 10 years of regional expertise in operation management and business development. In addition, he holds an MBA from Columbia University, USA.

NICOLA MELCHIOTTI
General Manager - Mexico
Mr. Melchiotti is in charge of the Mexican operations of Enel Green Power. He joined the Company in September 2007 as an executive assistant of the CEO and in charge of the Communication department for the Latin American region. Prior to joining Enel, Mr. Melchiotti worked for McKinsey & Co., advising clients in various fields including energy, finance and operations. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master of Engineering from the Ecole Supérieure d’Electricité (Paris) and the Politecnico di Milano.

JUAN CARLOS MÉNDEZ
General Manager - Guatemala
Mr. Méndez joined the Company in June 2001 by assuming the position of General Manager. He has also worked with distribution and generation companies during the privatization of the sector in Central America. In addition, he has solid experience in energy project evaluations. Mr. Méndez also holds a Masters in Finance from Francisco Marroquin University, Guatemala.

JOSÉ ANTONIO BENAVIDES
General Manager - Costa Rica and Nicaragua
Mr. Benavides has been working for the Company since its foundation in 1993. He has worked in the development, construction and operation of two hydroelectric plants and one wind farm in Costa Rica. He holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs Co, USA

MAXIMILIAM WINTER
General Manager - Panama
Mr. Winter assumed the position of General Manager of Enel Fortuna in January 2010. He joined the Company in March 2000 as Electric Market Advisor and was appointed Commercial Director of Fortuna in April 2004. As Commercial Director, Mr. Winter was responsible for planning, organizing and managing the economic transactions of Fortuna’s energy, power, auxiliary services, exports and imports of energy, advising on marketing and new business opportunities. Before joining Fortuna, Mr. Winter worked for
Empresa de Transmisión Eléctrica, S.A. (ETESA) from 1998 through February 2000 as Electric Market Manager for the CND and was responsible for the clearance of all the economic transactions carried out in Panama’s Electric Market. Previously, he was Power Generation Planning Chief for the
Instituto de Recursos Hidráulicos y Electrificación (IRHE). He holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from
Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá and a Masters in Science and Industrial Management from
Universidad Santa María La Antigua.

OSCAR VALENZUELA
General Manager - Chile
Mr. Valenzuela joined the Company in the year 2000 as General Manager of strategic planning, organization and results pertaining to Enel’s operations in Chile. He has worked 10 years as the General Manager of
Empresa Eléctrica Pilmaiquén S.A., currently owned by Enel Green Power – Latin America. Between 1989 and 1993 he acted as General Manager and member of the Board of Directors in several companies related to energy and services in
Sociedad Química y Minera S.A. In addition, he has served as a member of the Chilean energy regulatory body and the
Comisión Nacional de Energía. He holds an Industrial Engineering degree with a specialization in electric power from the
Universidad Católica de Chile.

ALESSANDRO KARLIN
General Manager - Brazil
Mr. Karlin joined Enel Green Power – Latin America in October 2006, assuming the position of General Manager for Brazil. Prior to this assignment he was in charge of constructing the first and largest private transmission line in Brazil (over 2,000 km.) In 2002, he worked as a Consultant in America and Europe. Between 1995 and 1998 he acted as Vice president of Ansaldo International S.A. in South America. He holds a Masters in Electronic Engineering from
Politecnico di Milano, Italy.

MARCO CAMMELLI
Procurement
Mr. Cammelli joined Enel Green Power – Latin America in January 2009 as head of the new procurement office. He has just finished launching the Enel International Qualification System for Suppliers, a project which was started in 2007, and previously directed the start-up of the new Enel International Procurement Coordination Unit. From 2003 to 2004 he provided supervision and advice for Enel Viesgo's distribution director in Santander, Spain. Over the period 1999 to 2003 he was Chief of the Enel Office in Casabalanca, Morocco, where the company successfully realized three contracts with the local government for the rural electrification of 35 villages under the PERG Plan. Mr. Cammelli joined Enel in 1994 and worked in the electrical distribution division in Sardinia, taking over as Chief of Zona Quartu S. Elena in 1998. He has had wide experience as a teacher and project engineer previous to his career in Enel. He is a registered engineer in Italy and holds a degree in electrical engineering from Cagliari University.

ANDRÉS AGUILAR
Internal Audit
Mr. Aguilar has been working for the company since October 2008 as the Head of Internal Audit. Since 2005 he also worked as an Internal Controls Manager for Intel, in which he was in charge of all the internal controls for all the manufacturing plants in Asia and Costa Rica. His duties include managing and executing all the necessary efforts to keep a healthy internal control structure in the plants. Additionally, he worked for 5 years as Corporate Auditor for Bridgestone Firestone and 4 years as a Financial Auditor in Deloitte. He has over 15 years of professional experience in the audit area holding two specialties degrees in Finance and Public Accounting and finalizing, a Licentiate degree in English and a Masters degree in Production Engineering. He is also a registered CPA.

MARY RINCHI
ICT MANAGER
Mrs. Rinchi joined Enel Green Power – Latin America (EGP-LATAM) in August 2008 assuming the ICT responsibilities. For more than 12 years she worked as ERP solutions and support services consultant in more than 8 countries for world-class companies such as Verizon, KCI Konecrane, and Amanco. From 2005 to 2006 Mrs. Rinchi preformed as Technical Consultant for EGP-LATAM (formally Enel Latin America) at SAP implementation, and later become current ICT ELA Manager. Mary graduated as Systems Engineer from the Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas de Venezuela (Army University of Venezuela).

GIUSEPPE TURCHIARELLI
Administration, Finance and Control
Mr. Turchiarelli joined the company in April 2009 as Chief Financial Officer. He previously worked in Enel Group as the Planning and Control Manager. Mr. Turchiarelli also worked as a Head of Planning and Control Department in Slovenské Elektrarne in Bratislava (Slovakia). He has also experience as management consultants at Linceo. He holds a degree in Economics from the Cagliari University and a Finance Advance Course from LUISS Management School, Rome.

CLAUDIO MALDIFASSI
Human Resources
Mr. Maldifassi joined Enel Green Power – Latin America in January 2009 as the Head of Human Resources. He previously worked in Enel’s Corporate International Division coordinating HR activities and programs for North and Latin American subsidiaries. Mr. Maldifassi also worked for
Terna Participacoes S.A., the Brazilian subsidiary of Terna SpA (Italian transmission system operator) as a Head of Human Resources between 2005 and 2008. He holds a degree in International Political Science from
Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan and a Master in Performance Control from Fondazione ISTUD, Italia.

EDGAR MILLER
Legal and Corporate Affairs
Mr. Miller joined the Company in June 2007, as the Chief Legal Officer responsible for ELA’s legal and corporate affairs and its subsidiaries throughout Latin America. He holds a Bachelors degree in Science of Foreign Service with a major in International Economics Development from Georgetown University. In addition, he has a Juries Doctors degree from George Washington University. (United States.) Mr. Miller practices in the states of Virginia, Florida and Washington, D.C., as well as Brazil, where he was previously admitted as a foreign legal consultant. Prior to joining Enel, Mr. Miller worked 10 years for Willkie Farr & Gallagher, a private Firm handling international trade issues. Also, he worked another 8 years at Steel Hector & Davis, a Firm in the United States and Latin America, in both energy and finance projects; as well, he worked two years as an international counsel at the American International Group.

CARLO ZORZOLI
M&A and Business Development
Mr. Zorzoli joined Enel Green Power – Latin America in November 2006, by assuming the position of Business Development Manager. At the end of 2007, he directed the acquisition of three hydroelectric power plants in Mexico (52 MW), marking the entrance of Enel in Mexico; now a days he get back to its initial position as a Business Development Manager. He is a highly experienced executive with more than 10 years in the power industry, 8 of which have been dedicated to working as a worldwide business developer. He has worked for Enel in Europe, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, and Central America. His area of expertise consists of power generation technologies (CCGT, pulverized coal, hydro, geothermal and wind) and business development schemes (privately negotiated PPAs, international tenders and merchant projects.) He holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Rome University, summa cum laude, and an MBA from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business, USA.

CRAIG DESCHENES
Engineering and Construction
Mr. DesChenes has been working for the company since February 2000, as Director of Engineering and Project Support. In recent years, he has also worked as Manager of Engineering and Construction, in which he has directed engineering and construction efforts, so as to support the development of a variety of renewable Greenfield power projects and acquisitions such as: Hydro, Wind, Biomass, Solar, in addition to others. His duties include managing and executing all technical project aspects, including procurement specifications, contract documents, engineering, environment studies, vendor/contractor negotiations, construction management for modifying and constructing new plants, project documentation control, staff coordination/management and budget control systems. Additionally, he directs all technical support and oversees services for operating plants as required, by ensuring quality investigations and resources implementation for optimal execution. He has 30 years of professional experience in the power industry and holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Engineering. He is also a registered Engineer in the United States.

LUCA ROSSINI
Geothermal Activities
Mr. Rossini joined the Company in 2006, by assuming the position of Geothermal Activities Manager responsible for developing geothermal projects in Latin America. Previously he worked for Enel’s Geothermal Unit in Italy and many others departments including: Engineering, Planning and Control, Operation and Maintenance. His previous position was as Workshop Business Unit Manager in Larderello. In addition, Mr. Rossini has more than 19 years of vast experience in the Geothermal Area. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pisa, Italy.
