VALERIO CECCHI
President and Chief Executive Officer (Enel Costa Rica)

Mr. Cecchi has being working in the company since 2003 as a Chief Executive Officer. He’s in charge with Enel renewable business development in Central and South America. Previously he was a Manager in the Business Development Department at Enel Group, responsible of Enel diversification into the public and industrial water business, includes team organization, structuring and build-up of the skill base for the national and international development. He holds a Master degree in Business Administrations, Columbia University, NY, USA

GAETANO SALIERNO
Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and El Salvador’s Country Manager (Enel Costa Rica)

Mr. Salierno has being working in the company since September 2004 as a Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and in the recent years as El Salvador’s Country Manager. He’s responsible for Accounting, Reporting, Tax and Treasury. Within the Enel Group he served as Manager of Enel Merger and Acquisition Department. Previously he worked as Logistic Manager at Rothmans of Pall Mall International and Supply Chain Consultant at Absalom and Tribe of London. He holds a degree with honor in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Naples and a MBA from Bocconi Business School.

EDGAR MILLER
Chief Legal Officer (Enel Costa Rica)

Mr. Miller has being working in the company since June 2007 as a Chief Legal Officer; know a days, he’s responsible to handle company legal affairs, including support for corporate and investor matters, transactional and finance work, with primary focus on acquisition, development, construction, operation and financing of power generation, transmission and distribution projects in LatinAmerica. He holds a degree in Juries Doctor from National Law Center, The George Washington University, Washington D.C., U.S.A.

OSCAR VALENZUELA
Chile’s Country Manager (Enel Chile)

Mr. Valenzuela has being working in the company since 2000, as General Manager, responsible of the strategic planning, organization and results of the Chilean operations.  Previously (1991-2000) he was General Manager of Empresa Eléctrica Pilmaiquén S.A. (its main asset is actually own by ELA).  Between 1989 and 1993 he was the General Manager and member of the Board in the companies related with energy and services in Sociedad Química y Minera S.A.   And from 1979 to 1989 was member of the Comisión Nacional de Energía. During this period was part of the team that made a complete modernization of the electrical regulation, having made the law that is still operating. He studied at the Universidad Católica de Chile to be an Industrial Engineer with a specialization in electricity.

JOSÉ ANTONIO BENAVIDES
Costa Rica’s Country Manager (Enel Costa Rica)

Mr. Benavides has worked for the company since its foundation in 1993 as a Vice-president and Costa Rica Country Manager responsible for commercial and institutional process.  He has worked in the development, construction and operation of two hydroelectric plants and one wind farm in Costa Rica. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, USAir Force Academy, Colorado Springs Co, USA.

JUAN CARLOS MÉNDEZ
Guatemala’s Country Manager (Enel Guatemala)

Mr. Méndez has being working in the company since June 2001 as a General Manager;  responsible to develop projects dealing with electrical energy generation in almost all technologies, involved extensively in distribution and generation companies during the privatization process of the electrical sector in Central America. Also he owns more than 5 years experience in the financial area with emphasis in financial project evaluation. He holds Master’s degree in Finance, Francisco Marroquin University, Guatemala.

CARLO ZORZOLI
Business Development Manager
(Enel Costa Rica)

Mr. Zorzoli joined Enel Latin America in November 2006 as Business Development Manager, excluded Brazil; his tasks include Greenfield project development, M&A and opening new markets. He is a veteran in the power industry with more than 10 years of experience, and 7 years of experience as business developer worldwide. Carlo has worked for Enel in Brazil, United Arab Emirates and North America across most power generation technologies (CCGT, pulverized coal, hydro, geothermal and wind) and business development schemes (privately negotiated PPAs, international tenders and merchant projects). Previously he worked at OMG S.p.A. as a Sales Engineer and he served as Lieutenant in the Italian Army Corp of Engineers (Corpo Tecnico dell’Esercito). He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering form University of Rome and an MBA from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business.

ANTONIO CAMMISECRA
Business Development Manager (Enel Brasil Participações Ltda)

Mr. Cammisecra has being working in the company since October 2004 as the Business Development Manager. Responsible for the new projects development, acquisitions, (New markets in Latin America). Within the Enel Group he served as developer in the International Division with experiences in Europe and in the Americas. Previously he worked as Process Engineer at 3M. He holds a degree with honor in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Naples and an EMBA with honor from SDA Bocconi School of Management.

CRAIG DESCHENES
Engineering and Construction Manager (Enel Costa Rica)

Mr. DesChenes has being working in the company since February 2000 as  Director of Engineering and Project Support and in the recent years as Manager of Engineering and Construction responsible  for the direction of engineering  and construction efforts to support development of a variety of renewable power projects Greenfield and acquisitions including: hydro, wind, biomass, solar, etc.  Duties include management and execution of  all  technical aspects of projects including procurement specifications, contract documents, engineering, environmental studies, vendor/contractor negotiations, construction management for modifications and construction of new plants, project documentation control, staff coordination/management and budget control systems.
Additionally, directs the technical support and oversight services for operating plants as required ensuring quality investigations and implementation of resources for optimal execution. He holds Master’s degree in Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in the United States.

LUCA ROSSINI
Geothermal Activities Manager (Enel Costa Rica)

Mr. Rossini has being working in the company since August 2006 as Geothermal Activities Manager; responsible for the development of geothermal projects in Latin America. Previously he works for Enel’s Geothermal Unit in Italy and many others departments like: Engineering, Planning and Control, Operation and Maintenance. He’s last position was Workshop Business Unit Manager in Larderello. Luca has an extensive experience in Geothermal Area with more than 17 years. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Pisa.

Human Resources Manager (Enel Costa Rica)

Ms. Rangel has being working in the company since March 2004 as a Latin America Human Resources Manager. She’s responsible for the Human Resources function in Costa Rica and provides human resources strategic leadership and technical support to the offices locates in Latin America.

    
She holds a degree in Business Administration, University of Costa Rica, bachelor degree in law “Universidad Autónoma de Costa Rica” and a Master is Organizational Psychology from “Universidad Latina de Costa Rica”
